DJ Wrecks collects information you choose to provide when you ask about an event, including your name, email address, event details, music preferences, and the answers or messages you submit through TTF Connect.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare pricing, plan your event if you book, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.

Automated tools and voice

The guided chat and voice planner are automated tools, not a live person. If you choose Let’s Talk, the site asks for separate consent before connecting your microphone. OpenAI processes live audio to provide the spoken conversation. The website does not save an audio recording; the conversation transcript is used to prepare an inquiry email only if you choose to open one. You review and send that email yourself. You can choose text chat or the form instead.

Email inquiries

When you choose to email an inquiry, the website opens a prefilled message in your device’s email app addressed to djwrecks213@gmail.com. You review the message and press Send. The information is then transmitted through the email service you use and stored in Rex’s email account. The website does not submit inquiry details to Airtable.

Service providers

We use service providers that help host the website and deliver email. Those providers process information for the services they perform. We do not sell personal information submitted through an event inquiry.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, booking, business records, and legal obligations. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any records we are required to keep.
